1. General Provisions
All services offered on this website are provided by BuyIGFollowersMalaysia. Users who make transactions through this website are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. The services offered on the website are digital services for social media platforms (e.g., followers, likes, views, etc.). Physical products are not shipped.
2. Legal Notice
Malaysia is the country of residence for this site. All disputes arising from this website will be governed by local Malaysian laws. Cards marked with the Visa, MasterCard and American Express logos are accepted. Payment is accepted only in USD, MYR.
3. Age Limit
Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from becoming members of the site and performing transactions.
4. Payment and Security
Users must only pay with credit/debit cards that are legally owned by them. If payments made with stolen, counterfeit or unauthorised cards are detected, the order will be cancelled, and legal action may be taken. Cardholders must keep transaction records after payment.
5. Return and Refund Policy
BuyIGFollowersMalaysia Return Conditions (Refund Policy):
No refunds will be made except in the following cases:
Order not completed within 72 hours
Incomplete delivery of the order
The order was sent incorrectly
Incomplete orders will be reshipped after missing/erroneous shipments are accounted for.
Due to the nature of digital products, there are absolutely no refunds on completed orders.
Providing false information, special account restrictions (e.g. private account), updates on social media platforms, etc., are the responsibility of the customer and do not give rise to the right of refund.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted once orders are confirmed.
When placing an order, the customer is deemed to have accepted these conditions in full.
If a refund is due, payment will be made via the original payment method and will be completed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card bank.
6. Cancellation Policy
Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. Orders from users who leave negative comments, have banned content, or provide false information will be cancelled, and no refund will be given.
7. Service Delivery and Payment Confirmation
The delivery of the service is done digitally, via social media. Once payment is received, confirmation is given to the customer via email or in-system notification. Delivery times may vary by service, but most transactions are completed within 0-72 hours.
8. Privacy and Security
Credit card information is not shared, rented or sold to third parties. BuyIGFollowersMalaysia takes the necessary software and hardware measures to ensure data security. However, 100% security of information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed. BuyIGFollowersMalaysia is not responsible for the privacy policies of externally linked sites.
